SELECTION PROCESS
To join the team each candidate needs to fill out the employment form, and suggest a time to be interviewed by a Crimson Fever team member. Interviews are conducted Australia wide and can either be done via Video Call, or in person. In this meeting, someone from our staff can answer any of your questions regarding earning potential, experience required, the industry itself, and anything in between. We are always looking for new and experienced strippers, topless waitresses, and models to join the team. Admin personnel with varying degrees of industry experience, as well as women who are new to the industry, but possess a great attitude and work ethic, are also encouraged to apply.

Topless Waitress
- Shifts Per Week: 3-8
- Hours Worked Per Week: 6-16
- Additional Extensions: 4-15 Hours
- Base Pay + Travel (Per Shift): $250-$350
- Lad Dance Tips (Per Shift): $200-$1,000
- Misc Upsells (Per Shift): $0-$300
- Shifts Per Week: 6-12
- Hours Worked Per Week: 3-6
- Additional Extensions: 2-8 Hours
- Base Pay + Travel (Per Shift): $350-$450
- Lad Dance Tips (Per Shift): $375-$1,200
- Misc Upsells (Per Shift): $0-$1,000
